Welcome
The doors of BMH-BJ Congregation are always open to the Denver Jewish community. Twice daily minyan services, Shabbat services, educational programs and numerous social events will find a cross section of Denver Jewry in attendance. To accommodate the diversity of worshippers, the synagogue has both a main sanctuary with mixed seating and a chapel with a mechitzah for separate seating. We warmly welcome new members to become part of our congregational family of 650 households.
Programming at BMH-BJ is respected throughout the community. Concerts of 500 attendees, Sukkah Hoe Down, Kristallnacht, annual dinners, Shabbat Shira and Academy of Jewish Studies are only a few events that enhance our members’ affiliation.
Preschool, Community Talmud Torah and Shabbat FUNdamentals provide educational opportunities for children of all ages. Young families are a growing portion of our membership.
Executive director Loretta Cawelti, lcawelti@bmh-bj.org, is eager to meet with those considering affiliation. Call Loretta at 303-388-4203, ext. 5812 to schedule an appointment to discuss membership. Membership dues are flexible and may be adapted to various life circumstances.
The Scribe, a monthly newsletter, may be obtained from the administrative office or by calling to receive the Scribe by mail.
Thank you for your interest in BMH-BJ Congregation and we hope to hear from you soon.
Thanks,
Loretta Cawelti
Executive Director
