SOFTBALL NEWS!
The BMH-BJ softball teams are making their synagogue proud! Both teams, the Bench Jocks and the Silver Bullets, have started the 2012 Denver Jewish Softball League season off with a 2-0 record, defeating Rodef Shalom’s ‘Men in Green,’ Temple Micah, Hebrew Educational Alliance’s HEA-vy Hitters and Rodef Shalom’s ‘Jew Crew.’
Games are at the Kennedy Softball Complex off Dartmouth and Kenton. This week we’re off for Mother’s Day. Next week we will advertise the game times for both teams. You can also visit the website, denverjewishsoftball.org for the weekly schedule. The DJSL has become a strong community event, boasting 16 teams and over 200 players weekly. The players are asking that you come out and support your teams. See you there!
