At 5:15 pm on September 20, BMH-BJ Congregation and Preschool will provide young families with a Rhythm 'N' Ruach Shabbat service, followed by a light dinner at 6:00 pm.  This will be a great way for families to welcome in Shabbat. 

Rhythm 'N' Ruach is a new nationwide program that offering fantastic family and
youth Shabbat services that are engaging, fun, and educational. Rhythm 'N' Ruach is a way to connect children and their families to Judaism through upbeat, high energy music and movement.
